GRP Roofing Systems
Introduction
|
Our GRP Roofing Systems products are manufactured
by using U.V. stabilized gelcoats, thermosetting polyester resins
and 'E' grade glassfibre mats of high quality, procured from ISO
certified manufacturers. They have good thermal insulation and
are non-absorbent to hydrocarbons and are suitable for the harsh
climatic conditions of high temperatures and humidity prevailing
in the Middle East. These products have been used in the United
Arab Emirates for 8 - 10 years and can be found installed in many
prestigious projects.
Gutters & Downspouts - These provide an efficient and reliable water drainage system. They are maintenance free and have an excellent water sealing system. They are suitable for all types of buildings and are an excellent substitute for galvanized iron and aluminum lead. Our Gutters and Downspouts have desired strength, rigidity and long life. We produce a wide variety of standard sizes and are capable of producing specific sizes upon request. Soaker Panels - These are technically the appropriate solution to provide a 100% leak proof connection between the line normal roofing sheet and any projection above the roof surface due to extract fans, chimneys, columns, etc. These are available in a wide range of standard dimensions with rectangular as well as circular openings. These can be manufactured to suit any profile and color of roofing sheet. Skylight Sheets - These are manufactured by using polyester resins of translucent grade and 'E' grade powder bond glassfibre mat of high quality. These sheets allow an evenly distributed daylight to pass into factory sheds, warehouses, commercial buildings, etc. where they are normally used. The sheets are manufactured both in single-skin as well as double skin forms. Double-skin sheets have comparatively better insulating properties and are normally used with composite materials. |
