Sudesh K. Aggarwal founded G.R.P Industries Ltd. in 1989 after his vast experience in Industrial Manufacturing, Management, Financial Consultancy and Trading.

Sudesh K. Aggarwal graduated in 1973 with a M.B.A from Simla and went on to work at Roadmaster Industries Ltd., Rajpura, India as a Production Planning Officer from 1973 to 1975.

In the same year, Sudesh acquired position as a Management and Financial Consultant at Pricewaterhouse International, Dubai. He worked there for four years till 1979 and acquired in depth knowledge in developing management information systems, financial planning and control.

He was then given the opportunity to operate as Managing Director at Aikah Enterprises, which is a Trading company in Dubai. He managed that company for five years before moving on to his next experience.

In 1984, Sudesh was first introduced to composite materials at International Heated Forms Company, Dubai. He acquired the position of Executive Director in the company. The company was involved in manufacturing glass reinforced plastic products and it is here where Sudesh's knowledge grew of the material and its usage.

In 1989, International Heated Forms was shut down and Sudesh started his own company, Giant Reinforced Plastic Industries Ltd. He recognized an opportunity gap for GRP material to be used for electrical housings such as enclosures and kiosks. At that time, the most commonly used material was sheet steel, but Sudesh recognized the advantages composite materials give with their durability, weight and strength.

Glass Reinforced Plastic Industries Ltd., to this present day, is the leading manufacture of GRP enclosures and kiosks in the United Arab Emirates and Middle East. Sudesh K. Aggarwal is the Managing Director to this present day and has opened other companies in the UK and India.

Sudesh K. Aggarwal is also the Chairman of Indian Business & Professional Council, Sharjah and the Indian Golfers Society, U.A.E.

He has been very active as a public figure and is the Secretary General of the All Indians Foundation, which is an organization founded in 2003 to initiate a people's movement for the performance and accountability of the Indian State.
